If I could give Death & Friends more stars, I would. I ordered a swimsuit from them and the material is honestly the best quality I’ve ever gotten in a swimsuit. I love that it’s double lined, made with recycled materials, and the fabric feels really durable without being heavy. I also really appreciate that their products are made to order, which helps reduce overproduction and waste. I was having some trouble figuring out my measurements and deciding which sizes would work best for me. There was nothing wrong with their sizing chart, I just personally have a hard time getting accurate measurements. I reached out to the company for help and talked to Will. He was extremely helpful and sent me links where I could purchase the top and bottoms individually so I could get the sizes I needed. When everything arrived, the bottoms ended up being too small. This is where their customer service really went above and beyond. They sent me a new pair in the correct size completely free and even let me keep the original pair. Will was polite, professional, helpful, and timely throughout the entire process. It was genuinely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been looking everywhere for swimsuits and was having such a hard time finding anything I actually liked that wasn’t from SHEIN, which I personally don’t want to support. I looked at several other companies with similar styles, but nothing really compared. I kept coming back to Death & Friends because I genuinely loved their designs. I’m so glad I decided to order from them. The swimsuit is gorgeous, the quality is amazing, and after the experience I had with their customer service, I would absolutely order from Death & Friends again.
